Article 1 Purpose

These Terms of Use(hereafter “Terms”) is intended to specify the basic terms and conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities of customers (hereinafter "Members") using Gangnam Unni(including ‘UNNI’ , the trademark/service mark used in countries other than Korea and Japan) application or webpage (hereinafter "Gangnam Unni") run by Healing Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company").

Article 2 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms,

1. "Participating Institution" means medical institutions, medical professionals, and related companies that register information related to medical institutions, medical professionals, and medical services in Gangnam Unni for promotional purposes aimed at Members.
2. “Members” mean customers who access and use the service provided to the Company in accordance with these Terms after creating an account (ID/PW) through the registration process.
3. "Country" means the nationality selected by a Member during membership registration.
4. "Service" refers to all online platform services provided by the Company for the purpose of delivering information related to medical services registered by Members and Participating Institutions. The Service includes all services related to Gangnam Unni and its web or app on devices or terminals (including but not limited to PCs, TVs, and portable devices that are wireless or wired). This also includes programs or services developed or built by a third party using the API released by the Company and provided to users. Service marks and/or trademarks of the Service may vary by time, country, region, etc., notwithstanding any change in the Service marks, trademarks of the Service, the Service defined in this sub-paragraph shall be subject to these Terms.
5. "Post" refers to various forms of information such as signs, characters, voice, audio, and video included in texts, images, videos, files, hyperlinks, etc., posted by Members on the "Service."
6. "Points" are quantified virtual data the Company provides to Members for the purpose of providing benefits or convenience in using the Service and can be used for payment service (regardless of its name) within the Service. Specific usage, names, and cash-back possibility are subject to change according to the Company's policies.

Article 3 Specification and Amendment of the Terms

① The Company shall publish the content of the Terms, Company name, location, representative’s name, business registration number, and contact information in a manner that Members can easily recognize in the Service.

② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Framework Act on Consumers.

③ When the Company amends these Terms, it shall provide notice with the effective date and reasons for the amendment within the Service, from 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date along with the current Terms.

However, if the amendment is unfavorable to Members, the Company shall have at least 30 days of grace period, notify on the Service and send individual notifications to Members via email. In cases where individual notification is not possible due to contact information unprovided or unupdated, the notification on the Service will be deemed individual notification.

④ In the event that the Company notify or send notifications to Members in accordance with the preceding paragraph, and despite informing Members that unless they explicitly express their refusal to accept the changes to the Terms, it will be considered their consent to the amended terms, if a Member does not explicitly refuse the changes to the Terms, it will be deemed that the Member has consented to the amended Terms.

⑤ If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue using the Service and terminate the user agreement.
